- Easy Reporting tool which has multiple ways of reporting.- Simple UI, great looking dashboard with intuitively defined views for easy manipulation by users.- Best support I have seen in terms of product enhancements or fixes (as per my knowledge). Not anything specifically about itself. As it is being used since 2014/2015 we are facing few challenges as its features don't go down very quickly or atleast not so fast that can be compared to any other reportings system available around this time
