My husband recently had swollen calves He squats or kneels up and down a lot at work. Climbing stairs, scaffolding and hiking. I'll update after he tries them but for now. I was concerned when I tried them on. I thought they were too tight, a bit difficult to put on, but I'm used to them as I wear shin splint compression sleeves. However, these socks are very comfortable and not tight at all. My calves are 13.5 inches at the thickest point, my husband is 14 inches.
