They have been changed from plastic to anodized aluminum but still not as advertised

I need 3/8" brass hardware and the kit comes with 1/2" anodized aluminum hardware . The sizing issue might be my fault, but the brass hardware is clearly visible in the picture. Aluminum doesn't work for me.
