Because the 8 liter Ninja Foodi machines (and the 6.5 liter Foodi machines) only have a silicone seal, they're a real must-have when you're preparing a variety of dishes want. silicone pads absorb odors; Even after washing in the dishwasher, there was a persistent smell of spices. Since some of my favorite desserts come from my foodi, I was delighted to find this set of three different colors. I assigned Translucent for appetizers (since I often use Moroccan, Indian, or other spices) and Red for cakes and fruit dishes that would spoil when pressure-cooked, with the same "spicy” filling as for appetizers. I'm sure I'll figure out what to do with blue or keep it as a backup for now. The price was very reasonable and the gasket snapped into place and fitted perfectly. I am very happy with this purchase!
