The ability for me as an individual or team member is that we can easily create our own custom reports by simply using filters in order to see what I need at any given time without having to go through endless menus of options when creating my report. It's not easy but it does get better over time if you use this tool regularly! There are some minor glitches here and there such as being unable to copy/paste certain fields which could be fixed however these problems aren't too major unless they're happening frequently enough where one would stop working altogether until resolved. We have been able to run all sorts of different queries from multiple sources including LinkedIn profiles (people search) etc., so far no issues within those areas either.
