Easy to use and navigate through the program. Very fast at retrieving information. The ability to upload photos and documents is great! It is easy for users to find their way around. We were able to get many features of our system up in less than 24 hours. I wish they had more options regarding how to view photos/documents. Sometimes it was difficult to click on what I wanted to see. Make sure you have good access to your computer to update this software. I believe its a great tool but there are some issues with accessibility. We used I-Caps for a few years before we switched to another claims management software. There are other products out there that provide better customer service and help us resolve problems faster. I-Caps was not as user friendly as others when we first started using them. This has changed.
