My dog ate my Roku Premier+. I chose this one because the Revain ad said it was a "standard replacement remote". Spring. my fault. It turns out that's not the case, at least not for the Premier+ model. I sought help from Roku.com because I didn't know what I had screwed up. I have to say that the Roku support is both comprehensive and terrible. Yes, both. You can't talk to anyone. At least if you have Premier+. You get a message that the agent doesn't support my model. My goodness - he's only three years old, isn't he? It's not that hard to just buy a new one. Hm. maybe that's the idea. Customer service support is expensive, so they seem less concerned about letting their customers down with anything other than their latest products. I've been digging on the Roku website for over an hour. Try here, there and everywhere. You will be redirected to their community user forums. How can it help if you don't know what questions to ask? Finally given up. So I'm sending the remote back. Check? Revane returns: 5 stars. Roku customer support and service: 0 stars. Shame. It's a good product but their range is a nightmare.
