I still smash monitors. Installation was easy and packaging was fine. However, the instructions that came with it were 100% useless. Totally pictures with no explanation so you need to know in advance what everything was/does. The photos were rubbish and basically just gave you the number of items. First impression after completing the setup - the height of the two monitors does not match. I checked both the maximum height and the lowest height. There is an offset of about half an inch. It's not screen tilt. The bases seem to have converged. Not the end of the world as I can set one up, but it shouldn't have happened. After switching on - the brightness does not fit, although all the values in the menu are the same. Again, this is fixable, but I don't have to change my monitor settings to the wrong settings to adjust. I don't usually like giving a tech overview on day one, but the above is inexplicable and really shouldn't be happening. Yes, both monitors are currently working. It's not something to give a bunch of stars for, it's expected behavior.
