I buy charcoal to care for my turtles. I have never bought in bulk from THIS seller and never will again. I actually had to call Amazon to get a refund because it was DESOLVING instead of deleting. I wasted so much water trying to clean it and it NEVER got clean it just washed out. The water stayed black and didn't even turn grey, which would indicate it had even started to turn clear, so I can't put anything in the filter that will foul the tank instead of cleaning it. Eventually I had to give up and actually flushed my old activated carbon (from another seller) to reassemble the canister filter until I could order the large batch I usually buy but they weren't in the 20 pound anymore at the time -batch. That's why I decided to try it. DO NOT DO THAT! THE WORST CARBON! If I could put negative stars, I would!
