Excellent price. Supplied in mesh bags.

My pond emptied within 24 hours after I placed these bags in a large bucket with a pump in the middle along with the AC filters. No more weekly drains. Don't forget to rinse before use!

Very effective for city water treatment

Was dirtier than I thought but easy to fix with a water flush. I underestimated the amount I would need to filter the water so I ordered more. It stays until the next shift. Will order again. The water feels great again.

Tried them for a makeshift VOC air purifier. It does not work.

I bought this to use in a homemade VOC air purifier. I bought this brand because it was half the price of other activated charcoal pellets. I thought it was a bit of a risk because they were designed for in-water use. I used a $200 VOC detector to monitor the results. I tried a few different designs to try and get a VOC response. DO NOT DO THAT! THE WORST CARBON! If I could put negative stars, I would!

I buy charcoal to care for my turtles. I have never bought in bulk from THIS seller and never will again. I actually had to call Amazon to get a refund because it was DESOLVING instead of deleting. I wasted so much water trying to clean it and it NEVER got clean it just washed out. The water stayed black and didn't even turn grey, which would indicate it had even started to turn clear, so I can't put anything in the filter that will foul the tank instead of cleaning it.
