Colors interfere
I haven't embroidered with a cross for several years, but at that time it was always considered a cross. I find the bright colors printed on fabric disturbing. You can't match the color of the floss. It's hard for me to know if the piece will look good because I'm layering a light color on top of bright vibrant colors and it shows through. I took a black and white copy of the canvas and will try to process it as calculated. On the other hand, the pattern itself is very pretty.
