Failure on all fronts

I bought this product because of the fast shipping and good reviews. Bought to replace the original screen. The original I ordered was stuck to the bottom of the resin tank and despite my best efforts to carefully remove the bed and salvage the screen, the cable was still damaged upon removal. Upon inspection, the screen was slightly warped and didn't sit completely flat under the resin tank. The replacement I received broke in exactly the same way, stuck to the bottom of the puddle of resin and came loose when I tried to remove it. cherry on top? Neither of the first printouts on the screen worked, both were unsuccessful. Even if the screens had survived, I doubt the screen would have worked at all.
