This is one of my favorite instruments. I rarely (maybe once a month) use them in my work, but when I do need them, they really do save a life. I've had them for over a year now and they've saved me dozens of hours of my time. It's one of those things that, when you need it, doesn't give you anything else. They have saved me from having to disassemble whole units just to do a simple adjustment. I really can't describe the headache they saved me from. One thing I did was replace the key ring with a small light colored carabiner. It's just an easier way to secure them somewhere in your pocket or bag so they don't get lost. The small black size can cause them to get lost in your tool bag. Another helpful tip is to use the hole in the handle of whatever you use with your lanyard. I needed it for a 30ft elevator and they are pretty easy to drop as 9 times out of 10 they end up in an awkward position when you have to use them. Even if you're just on the stairs or on the ground I find it a little easier to use with a lanyard as your hand is usually in an awkward position. I wish they made them with different sizes of clasps. Anex if you read full torx, full metric and standard hex and accurate dimensions this will be a godsend.
