Easy integration with our warehouse management software (WMS) that is used for receiving incoming goods.

It's easy enough so we can use it without any training whatsoever! I would like some more advanced features such as being able to have multiple users access one account at once but other than this there really isn't anything bad about E21ERP. If you're looking into an integrated solution between your WMS/OMS then definitely give Enterprise 21 another look because they do provide very good support when needed too. We started using E21 after doing research around different products available and found their team was always willing to help us through whatever issue came up along the way.
