The demand management solution that helps us to manage our customer's requests, so we can focus on what is important for our customers. It has helped us to improve our service levels and reduce the number of calls we receive from our customers. I would like to see more options to customize the reports we need to generate and export to other systems when needed. We have been able to implement this platform in a short time. I highly recommend it. We are using this program to solve the demands of our customers.
