I have ADHD, Anxiety and Autism. All my senses are satisfied with this weighted blanket! It's nice to run my fingers over the material because it's soft like an animal and I can draw little patterns on the blanket. The sound of falling pearls can be mistaken for the sound of water, and it's odorless right out of the box. I'm afraid of dentists so I always ask for a pair of LED vests when I visit them because they put my mind at ease. This blanket has the same calming effect. Folded in half on my lap, it helps me stay in place during online classes. The full size weighted blankets were too heavy for my back and ankles but this small one is perfect. I walk around the house with it draped over my shoulders and it feels like a big hug from behind. I highly recommend this blanket for people with sensory issues or anxiety, or for people who just need a hug sometimes.
