Review on Fill Rite FR152 Piston Nozzle Spout by Patrick Hamman

The first FR112 pump I bought was sent back and replaced with a new one as it would be very difficult to start after a few days of inactivity. The replacement worked well the first time I used it, but the second time it was difficult to turn the handle to get it pumping, the third time I used it it was almost impossible to get the handle like turning the innards of a pump. rusted? I finally got it working by putting WD40 through the bleed plug at the top of the pump housing into the mechanism, which is still difficult to turn, but I got it working with two hands and hard work. Something is wrong with this pump. I have contacted the manufacturer and will see what they say. I have been using one of the piston pumps at my work for several years and it is very reliable. I think I should have paid about $30 extra and gotten a piston version of this pump. Very disappointed to say the least. I will update this review: I have contacted the manufacturer and they are very receptive and will work with me to take care of this and their customer service seems to be very good. Update when it's fixed. I emailed the company and have to say the customer service from this company is GREAT, although I was disappointed with the rotary pump! They sent me a piston pump version of this FR150 pump which was an upgrade and seems to be working great. I would recommend buying from this company anytime.
