This is a very nice case, looks like my grandfather had it among his medical supplies in the 1940's! Vintage, retro look. There's a good handle on the top, but the latch opens and closes too easily, which would make me a little nervous about carrying it by the handle too often. I would be afraid it would open. Inside is a slightly different story in terms of a cool vintage vibe. the red material would like it to be velvety, but it's something else, I'm not even sure how it feels. and the company logo on the inside of the lid spoils the impression. For more coolness, I would make the logo 1/6th size so it's less distracting. Full length records fit perfectly in the sleeves, you can pack 20 to 30 pieces there. This would make a good gift for someone just starting out with their vinyl collection or someone who enjoys taking their records to a friend. or someone who has some "more valuable than others" records that they wish to provide more protection for.
