I rarely write reviews. This chandelier is well built. I had zero damage to the product and it was packaged well. Please note that there are so many pieces to this lamp that I thought there would be damage. The instructions were pretty good. They sent extra hardware with no explanation. I think that is in case you damage hardware in the future? They also gave me (2) extra long outer ring parts which is smart business. I can replace the domes easy but the outer ring pieces could prove to be hard to exchange in the long term if I had to. The crystals are glass and not lead. No worries. It still is amazing to look at. Make sure the roof mount is firm, strong and flat. This way you minimize the flush space to make it look pro. You can get different lights. I will get the candelabra style.
