Review on 🔒 Lead-Free SAC305 Solder Paste with Smooth Application by Aaron Carney

This solder paste works well in my case and gives good results on fine pitch QFP reflows. I recommend using jars (like this one) instead of syringes as you can save leftover paste by putting it back into the jar. The paste I received was fresh and had a shelf life of 1 year in the future. I recommend refrigerating solder paste when not in use to extend its life.
