Excellent purchase! good for kitchen utensils and gadgets
I've used it twice for 3-pot frying and roast ribs. I was able to set both cookers to an internal temperature of 126°F and cooked both roasts to Medium Rare. This is nice because I don't have to control the cooking time or worry because you just cook to your desired internal temperature and wait for the probe to sound an alarm. I am satisfied with the probe and look forward to my next use with chickens.
