I think this would be the perfect solution for installing a sprinkler system. My experience was repairing a ten zone system installed by a previous homeowner. If you are installing 2-3 valves in multiple zones, you can purchase the entire manifold ready to install without PVC cement. I bought 3 valve manifolds and then called Orbit to find out what parts would be needed to add the extra valves I ordered from Revain. Orbit was very accommodating and even emailed me the part numbers I needed. I also ordered Orbit underground crates and crate bases designed for these collectors. Once the installation is complete, system repairs such as B. replacing a defective valve, simply loosen/tighten the connections by hand. No cutting, assembling, gluing. This is the third sprinkler system I own/service; I wish I had it from the start.
