I ordered 2 of these kits to upgrade my 2017 iMac 27 5k to 64GB RAM. I installed all 4 memory modules at once (removed 2 Apple modules) and worked from top to bottom. Booting with a completely swapped RAM took about 30 seconds, maybe a little more or less. This was significantly faster than the partial Crucial RAM upgrade (2 new modules, 2 Apple modules left) I performed on a similar computer where initial boot times were a frantic few minutes. Performance is as fast as expected, and this Mac is reported with "64GB of 2400MHz DDR4" memory.
