I've been using this for a few months now and I really like it. The glasses have a very comfortable shape for your hands and I like the shape of the inner layer which allows my whiskey to move more smoothly. The problem with old fashioned or stone goggles is that they don't keep the liquid moving as smoothly as rounded goggles like these or Glencairn. Also the double wall definitely helps with the temperature. I tested clean and on rocks; I didn't feel the temperature of either in my hands. The only reason I wouldn't take this set is that I had issues with the wide, rounded lips of these glasses and if their style wasn't for me. Both factors suited me.
