I like that it is easy to use with great customer service support when needed! The software can be difficult at times so make sure you have someone who knows how this works before purchasing or using for your business needs/needs in general!! It has taken away some time from our employees having issues finding specific tags etc but overall its been very beneficial once we get used too all things are working as expected now :) We've had no problems thus far just getting familiarized wth everything which i would say helps keep my stress level down :).
