Great platform; consistently helpful service
Easy interface, great customer support (both live chat & email), super-fast results for campaigns with no budget limit! I've tested all of their products over several years as both an agency owner/operator (SaleZEO) and client user (my clients were customers). The best part about it has always been that they do everything possible within reason to help you succeed when marketing online-- even if just by giving good advice or showing how others are doing things differently. Their tools have never let me down in this regard. They're not perfect, but what's out there today isn't either. For example, we used them to show our sales team how other companies handled certain types of content like blog posts vs. more traditional ads. We also used it internally to test different approaches at my firm without having any risk since none of us knew anyone who worked there yet.
- Speed is king here because every tool works so well together; easy reporting via Google Analytics integration into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Hub makes campaign tracking very simple across multiple accounts simultaneously which was huge factor behind success during previous rebranding efforts where new account managers had little knowledge base beyond ad spend amounts from last year..and now suddenly could track exactly WHAT got done instead of simply "how much" amazing feature!!
