Good set, bad instructions
The set itself is good. The knife is excellent and well sharpened. However, step-by-step instructions are only available online and consist of a two-minute hyperlapse video and a PDF file that isn't detailed enough for a beginner. There are no explanations of the cuts and detailed instructions so I am very disappointed with this aspect of the kit.
