Review on Nextgate by Gabriel Elliott

I love how easy it is to use! It's very user friendly, intuitive design makes navigating through screens quick as can be (even for those with no technical background). The ability of setting up rules/filters make this software ideal if we're looking at just getting started without having any complex needs or requirements from our users yet. Sometimes there are times when things don't seem quite right but after some research into what may have caused the issue they usually come back pretty quickly so not too big an annoyance overall - unless something goes wrong which isn’t often thankfully :D We've been able to set-up filters such as "Has anyone viewed these documents within X days" allowing us access only once someone has opened them via email link etc.
