I like how easy it is to use, very user friendly! It's pretty intuitive which makes using this software super simple for anyone who has no experience with healthcare billing or accounting at all (which most of us don't). The fact that everything can be done online really helps cut down on time spent doing paperwork. I like how quickly it can be to create an account, set up alerts for my patients/clients etc., as well has being able t o access from anywhere with internet connection! It is very easy-to use once one gets used too its functions (and there are many). The customer service support could have been better at times when we were having issues or questions about our accounts but they always got back right away!! We love this product so far because of all features available within next gate software…

I love how easy it is to use! It's very user friendly, intuitive design makes navigating through screens quick as can be (even for those with no technical background). The ability of setting up rules/filters make this software ideal if we're looking at just getting started without having any complex needs or requirements from our users yet.
