Well balanced, smooth surface
I think this will be a great rolling pin for any dough. Bought for pasta dough but will use it for all types. The surface is smooth, and my dough did not stick at all. Well balanced and perfect length. Will definitely come in handy for holiday baking too.

- I use it! It works. Easy to control. It is smooth rolling on every dough I have tried so far.
Cons
- It may not be suitable for baking delicate pastries or crepes that require a lighter touch
