I bought these for me and my boyfriend after we ran 5km in the pouring rain. We keep them in our drawstring pouches just in case. Of course, our next 5 km also took place in the rain. We were glad they would keep us dry. Best of all were the elasticated wrists, which also kept our wrist trackers dry. Also, the drawstring hoods keep the hood perfectly in place. The sun came out and we took off our ponchos and put them in our pockets. You could use them more than once. Mine was intact but my friend ripped it off when it got caught on something she was wearing.
