Unreliable, good for starters and alternators

Worked fine initially but hasn't worked properly since. It no longer has the power to start the engine, but the app works. The engine is not blocked, the compression is normal. I've only used my boot half a dozen times since it was installed, but now I need to get it working. The battery and cables in my boat are also fine.
