So far very happy with this little device. I installed it on my 2017 Honda Grom and apart from removing the plastic from the bike the installation was easy. The wiring harness is long enough for my small bike and I assume it will fit a big bike too. This little guy charges fast - yesterday I was able to charge 16% in a 13 minute ride and that's when the phone tracked my ride with GPS. The USB port connection feels solid - it fits snugly, which is nice. The waterproof case is a great touch, easy to put on and take off. So far I'm happy with the build quality and time will tell how well the connections hold up. A notable point is that because the wiring harness is connected directly to the battery, this device draws power 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless of whether anything is turned on. connected to a USB port. The draw is very small, but it is possible to drain your battery if you charge your phone when the motor is not running, or if you do not ride your bike with the tether attached for a long time. The workaround is to remove the fuse, which is almost certainly in the glove box or very close to the battery. Overall, this is a great, simple, and affordable addition to any bike. Highly recommended.
