Hi everyone, I was told that this device would work on my 2009 Nissan Tiida (Japanese model) and that was the deciding factor for me, to buy this device. However, when I received it and tried to connect to my car, it would not connect (connection failed). I contacted the supplier and it was an email exchange with them who tried to protect their product even after I provided the photos and video clip. I know this might work for some other vehicles but that's why I want to ask before buying. Bad service!
