Just ONE application of this product with a stiff bristle brush eliminated the mold (or at least the smell) on my carpet from the molded weave surface. Nothing else helped (despite several soaks in chlorinated water and pet spray. I was afraid I would have to pull the carpet. 24 hours after cleaning this product (which has a pleasant pulp smell) the mold smell was gone. I was confident that I it did need to make a second app but not that far! what a great product!
