Don't waste money.

This pen is very poorly made. The metal tip slides in and out. A couple of times when I put my gemstone on a painting, the metal part pulled out completely. The light actually made it difficult to see where you placed the gem because there was a bright light. I liked the thickness of the stylus compared to the cheap/free drill bits you get with paintings. All in all, I wouldn't buy it again, nor would I recommend it. I ended up having to glue a metal tip to the handle to keep it from slipping.

I really wanted a light pen for by drill beads,,, within 5 min the tip broke off, disappointed 😞
