Review on Taylor Precision Large 2.5-Inch Dial Kitchen Cooking Oven Thermometer by Eric Tiwari

The oven thermometer I was sent does not match the product shown. The?! I bought this thermometer based on a review from Cook's Illustrated, it has easy to read colors and large numbers. What I received was neither one nor the other. And according to other reviewers, it seems I'm not the only person who received a different thermometer. Luckily, Revain provided a refund and didn't require the hassle of sending the product back. However, I am appalled that this somehow goes beyond quality control or other consumer protection measures on the Revain website.
