does the job. the best among reptiles and amphibians

I was recommended this product for my diamond dove. Even in Florida it's pretty cold at night. I wanted something to keep them warm and cozy. So far it's doing exactly what I needed to do. I put a face towel over it. The plastic seems scratched, maybe it has been refurbished or used? But my pigeon doesn't seem to mind. As long as it works well and doesn't harm her.
