Perfect size for 2 servings

My husband and I are retired with empty nesters. I continue to cook casseroles for 8-10 people, but I wrap these dishes in foil molds and freeze them. Of course I mark and date the outside. If I want to feed both of us, I just take out a frying pan and heat it up in the oven. Super light practical. I don't reuse pans because they shoot pretty well after freezing and baking.
