I like that it has an online portal where you can upload your data from multiple sources without having to download them separately or worry about losing any information if something happens with one file (which does happen sometimes).

It's easy enough to use but not so user friendly as some other programs out there. If they would make their interface look more similar to Apple products then this program could be used by many vets across Canada instead of only being able to access through our institution website which requires signing up first before downloading anything. We are using it at my clinic to keep track of appointments, billing procedures etc.
