This product appears to be of better quality than what you paid for. It's metallic and sturdy and doesn't feel wobbly at all. I'm using it with a phone so I'm not sure how it will hold up to heavier accessories but I think it will work fine. I don't use the phone clip that came with it for two reasons: 1. The springs are really hard to disassemble which is good for holding the phone but a bit annoying. 2. Because it's so strong, it activates the side press feature on my Pixel 4, so I just use a different grip. I really think that's normal for most people. The clamp that holds the table in place works great. I've even tested it on an oddly slanted table where only half of the round surface touches the table and still manages to remain stable (I've attached a photo). I don't recommend this if you're holding heavier accessories, but will hold your phone. full range of positions, you just have to play both.
