I like that it's very easy to use from both sides (customer AND admin), you can see everything in one place - so there are no doubts about what needs attention! The system has been upgraded several times over years now but they haven't managed to fix all problems yet or even most important ones at least not completely. We're using this software since 2013 until today with many clients around Europe & US marketplaces. It helps us manage our client relationships really effectively and we've never had any complaints regarding their performance ever before.
