This works when used according to Ross
instructions. Interesting to use when painting. However, I don't always use it as it makes me want to speed up the image, which means when using it you don't have time to think about what you're painting. Your painting needs to be planned to some extent. This is because the oil paint dries a little faster. I'm not sure why.
