I'm a professional electrician, this is a good affordable alternative to Fluke. All my colleagues paid extra per case to get the same reading as this meter. The clamp has better flow, but this gauge is great for checking tension and tone. Aside from my main job of measuring high voltages, I've used this when working with my truck's 12V DC system to set the throttle position sensor to the correct value. DC voltage readings are just as accurate as AC voltages because I found my throttle position sensor was reading the wrong value, so it's switching late. Set the correct value with the counter and now the truck shifts better. Very good gauge. Good for professionals and more than any handyman will ever need. Great for a student before you get your expensive chance in a few years. Still read the exact months after purchase. Kline can make a counter, and for the price, it's a great counter.
