It gives you a lot of options that can be customized per your needs. There are other products out there that claim more features but they lack customization. As such it is a big plus for us. It is very easy to use if you know how to customize it. I would recommend this to any one who wants to get good customer service from their software provider. We were able to streamline our office management process which was cumbersome before. The customer service is also great since we had issues with the first version and they got me back up and running within an hour after I contacted them. I like that they are very flexible with their software solutions so we can change as needed which makes our lives easier! They have been able solve some problems for us but haven't had any issues at this time either!! We love them because of how easy it is now when adding new employees or departments into an existing system there isn’t much confusion about what needs done next. There really aren;'ts anything i dislike right off hand just wish more people knew who these guys were. !
