I have had a pair of J&J sifter spoons made of the same material for several years and they have held up great. So when I came across this set of screens, it was an easy choice for me. I really like their ergonomics, they are much easier to hold with the vertical handle. Because of their shape, they appear deceptively smaller than they really are. I ended up using the larger one for the pasta and there were quite a few on the bottom - you could easily have used the smaller one. Which I now use for almost everything from washing fruit to sifting pasta etc. They're great in the dishwasher but easy to hand clean too. I really like her.
