This travel coffee maker was exactly what I was looking for. I love the freshest coffee and I can use this to make a great cup of coffee in the office or on the go. It's solidly built and the perfect size. Also, the logo is awesome. However, on the 3rd day of ownership I managed to drop the lid on the concrete floor and make a small crack in it. Although it was still strong enough to use, I contacted customer service to see if I could order a new cap and they responded immediately with a replacement cap (free) on the way! Great product from a great company. I will buy from them again!
