When the decanter arrived the bottle looked fine but the cork was not fitted properly to the bottle. It popped out on its own and lay at an angle, rendering the carafe unusable. The package included a card with a support email address. I emailed them 3 times to get either a new plug or a replacement. No Answer. I ended up contacting Revain directly and they told me they would refund the purchase with no refund. There will be a beautiful vase in my house. I suggest ordering another decanter. UPDATE SEPTEMBER 16, 2020. After three weeks with no news, the owner finally emailed me saying there was a problem with this email. After implying that it was my fault for not using the phone number on the card with his email, he agreed to send me a new carafe. It just arrived and seems to be working fine. I agreed to go back and edit my review. I added a star but would have added another star if he hadn't implied that it was my fault for not getting back to me in almost a month.
