Cork is useless, doesn't fit. Every time I click on it, it just slides out. I reached for it but the cap just came loose in your hand causing me to drop the bottle and spill all my beautiful whiskey 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I was disappointed when I saw this carafe out of the box. Looks cheap, almost like plastic. I soon discovered an even bigger problem when I noticed my whiskey running out of the bottle. Even as an inexpensive bottle, this is disappointing.

I bought two carafes and one of them had an artificial hole. Luckily I found out about this when I poured whiskey in it and didn't cut my hand. The hole was quite large, but it wasn't visible. This has been well hidden in the design of the glass. Very sorry and disappointing. The rest is OK. But not worth the cost.

Ordered as a birthday present. Filled with whiskey as a nice gift and it has a tiny hole. only one hole in it. All other aspects are good except the plug or cap doesn't fit properly and looks like a design flaw of some kind of plastic/rubber insert that is extremely difficult to close once alcohol is in it. Because the cork closes and is at an angle, it doesn't seal or close completely, allowing some of the alcohol to evaporate over time, leaving a different flavor to the precious alcohol you put in. We ordered this based on the good reviews and just to have something good value for whisky. I keep Jack Daniels for my daughter when she comes to visit and these photos are of a nearly full bottle of Jack that could use 2-3 sips. So it holds a full 750ml bottle. When the decanter arrived the bottle looked fine but the cork was not fitted properly to the bottle. It popped out on its own and lay at an angle, rendering the carafe unusable. The package included a card with a support email address. I emailed them 3 times to get either a new plug or a replacement. No Answer.
