The metal bars are too thin to hold files

The file box itself is strong and beautiful BUT the metal bars you can hang folders on will NOT hold files - they are thin and sag and I have not much in there files. I threw away the packaging and contents so I cannot return it. In addition, the description does NOT indicate the weight it will withstand. That's a waste of money. Now I need to find a way to attach the metal bars so they will hold. It should come with two extra clips to hold the side rails in place. Don't waste money.
